How to Install and Setup Trust Wallet Extension on Chrome?

Trust wallet is a non-custodial wallet you may consider as an alternative to MetaMask or similar platforms. You can access the wallet via a browser extension or a mobile application. But, as with most GUI wallets, you need to set up the platform before you can start using it. So, let’s see how it is to set it up on Browsers.

  • To install the Trust wallet extension on your browser, you can directly go to the Chrome extension store and search for Trust wallet. Or you can move to the official Trust wallet website, and it will redirect you to the extension store’s Trust wallet page. Click on “Add to Chrome” and confirm.

  • A new extension will appear in the extensions tab of your browser. I suggest you pin the Trust wallet extension by clicking on the pin icon next to the title. That way, you’ll be able to access it easily anytime you want. Once you do that, open the extension by clicking on it to get into the setup.
